Incredible experience. Felt cared for and felt the effort put in from the seller.

Horrible experience. I had alot of difficulty finding the parts i needed anywhere else. I found them on their site and placed an order on April 14th. I maintained consistent email communications with merchant throughout the process. They confirmed in an April 22nd email that their warehouses had the parts in stock. I checked in every 2-3 days on shipping status; original shipping estimate said 7-15 days on their site. In a May 8th email, the merchant said the order would be shipped on May 11th. That was the last time they responded to my inquiries until today (May 22) when they responded and canceled my order. They are now claiming they dont have the parts. Terrible communications and i wasted 38 days waiting for a part that i will now never get.

An ok experience, they are responsive when contacted on whatsapp.
I ordered a few specific parts, paid with Paypal. The initial quote for shipping was apparently too low and they asked for additional payment. I declined and was issued a refund the next day.

I Found crdi.online thru google, and I used the whatsapp function. Alex addressed all my questions and concern in a timely manner, and so after I placed my first order. Items arrived quickly in good condition. I ordered a lot of auto parts from all over the world, and Alex give me one of the best overall experience. I will highly recommend crdi.online to anyone. I discovered CRDI in August 2024 when I needed to buy spare parts for my Kia Sportage TDI 2000. Even though I live in Brazil, literally on the other side of the world, Alexander was always quick and attentive in his replies — often responding promptly despite the big time zone difference.
