Product carefully packaged and delivered.
The package was heavy and the delivery guy climb the 3 floors without me having to move a finger.
The instructions to build the ergonomic chair are clear and easy to follow. (It took me about 30min without rushing, probably possible to do it in 15min if doing it with more focus than I did).
My back sincerely thanks this ergonomic chair, that I should have purchased sooner.

It was delivered timely. The packaging was quite good and safe so that nothing was damaged. The tracking of the parcel was also nicely transparent. As for the pivotal property, the chair is super comfortable as it's anticipated. Despite my five stars, the tiny little annoying piece is that it feels a bit higher than normal maybe because of long wheels (not sure). But it still deserves 5 stars including the shipment quality and the product quality. (ah assembling was also quite a no-brainer.)

I bought the ProSeat black. In terms of comfort, the chair is good, but the overall build quality is not the best. Some parts feel slightly loose (even though this is not a design flaw), which prevents the chair from feeling truly premium.
The biggest downside, however, is the seat material - it is extremely difficult to clean. Crumbs and small particles seem to sink into the fabric and are almost impossible to remove.

This chair is incredibly comfortable and ergonomic—my back thanks me after long workdays. The industrial-grade wheels glide smoothly without a single squeak, and the build quality is top-notch. Assembly was a breeze (under 30 minutes!), and delivery was lightning-fast.
What stands out? No unwanted noises, adjustable features that actually work, and materials that feel premium. The customer service was friendly and helpful too.
Built to last—this isn’t just another office chair; it’s an investment in comfort and productivity. Five stars don’t do it justice. Highly recommend!
