I have been with this firm for over 1 year and so far all I have got out of it is my credit rating dropped below 550. I have been told they are not rated with BBB and listed as a fraudulent firm!
If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is a total scam outfit. They took my money every month like clockwork as agreed upon for two years from 2024-2026 with the expectation to pay off my one and only negotiated debt. They were all quite "professional" in the beginning, but later I found I had no access to my account at all and could never get an update or status during that two--year period of time. At the end of my contract, I learned they had not paid one penny on my debt. Then they had the gall to say they did their job when they would not refund my money! Imagine my shock and surprise to find that I had to pay off a lien in full due to that debt on my house. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME but take me for $6,979.94! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are very professional and patient with me. I call so many times and they are always nice and explain.
I get an email saying they merged with everest law and now going to charge me twice a month!!!! When I call no one is there. Left a message and still no call back. Everest law says I contacted the wrong company!!!! WTH!!!
This law group of Pennsylvania collected $2,500 + Canadian law group $390. Both did not defend me against a law suit against me. Litigant won by default against me. Based upon the discovery, this law group is not in operation. The Canadian law group operates in Pennsylvania, it seems.
Worse yet, this law group sold my case to the Canadian law group operating in Pennsylvania which despite my rejection of transfer of my case thereto, the Canadian law group began collection legal fees from me.
Creditor Law Group failed to send me a notice about the merger the Canadian Law Group claimed.
The process was easy,precise and clear! The management is very helpful when I got my summons they made sure that im always updated.
