Major disappointment
This was supposed to be a trip to improve their Spanish language skills, which is why the students stayed with a host family. The host family consisted of a mother who sat in front of the TV all day (and night) and didn't talk to the students. Even on Sunday, the day that was supposed to be spent with the family, she didn't bother and the students spent the whole day alone. The guest room was about 2x2 m, 1 bunk bed, 1 chair, no table, no closet, let alone any amenities like books, music, games. The tour operator thought there was enough space for 2 teenagers for 2 weeks. They should be ashamed of themselves.
