Unprofessional and insulting staff member.
Had a young fellow from this company come to my door today cold calling for gutter work. I politely declined the offer and he responded with an insult. Of course I told him to never come on my property again and no surprise he responded with another insult. Not professional AT ALL and not really smart if they are trying to make an impression in the neighbourhood.
The owner reached out as soon as he saw the review and apologized on behalf of the fellow who came to my door. Greg did the right thing and offered to try to make it right so I've added a star to my original rating. I thought about removing the review but I was furious at what happened and it set the tone for the rest of my day. I understand everyone has a bad day every once in a while but that doesn't make it right to act badly.
