BEWARE OF SCAM
BEWARE OF SCAM! They charge $100 (GBP) for a “consult” which is required for a 30min skin tag removal, and then an additional $200 (GBP) for the very short procedure. $300 (GBP) for 30min, which they do not disclose anywhere. They do not say it’s required on website, nor did they mention when booked on phone. The doctor said “she doesn’t deal with the pricing or payments”, then when I requested to have the skin tag removed without the “consultation” she argued the consult was required and refused to operate. What a waste of time and misleading business practice. Should not be legal for medical “professionals” to operate like this.

We take transparency very seriously, which is why our consultation fee is clearly stated throughout our website prior to booking. As with any medical procedure, a consultation is required so that the clinician can assess the lesion, confirm it is suitable for treatment, discuss the procedure, answer any questions, and obtain informed consent before any treatment is carried out. This is a standard part of safe medical practice and cannot be omitted.
Although you chose not to proceed with treatment, you were not charged any fees for your visit.
If you would like to discuss your experience further, we would be happy to speak with you directly to address any remaining concerns.

Positive experience from start to finish
A positive experience from start to finish. I'm so glad I took the decision to have my treatment and go with this clinic.
I had faith in Dr Axel from the moment I met him, and sure enough the treatment was painless and expertly executed. From the moment I walked in, to when I settled my bill, it took 30 minutes. Thanks too to Kay on reception and Cat for handling the logistics. Wouldn't hesistate to recomend this clinic. Run with professionalism and high integrity.

I saw Dr Anton (dermatology), Dr Natiya (minor surgery) and was so happy with both. Between being very fair and having skin cancer in the family, I take skin health very seriously, would absolutely return to City Dermatology and would recommend. Cat in reception was great also. Very professional and good communication.

Totally professional operation
Totally professional operation. From the moment you walk in the care is excellent and charming.. The dermatologist Dr Julia removed several lesions perfectly and they healed very quickly. I will now use this company for all of my dermatological situations.

I contacted City Dermatology about removing a cherry angioma
The staff were very quick to respond to my original inquiries and I was booked in for a consultation at the Queen Street branch a few days later. Jessica on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. After a short consultation by Dr Jana, the procedure was carried out there and then with the help of assistant Angelica and was straightforward and painless. I'm just back from having my stitches out which took a matter of seconds, much quicker than I had imagined. Very happy with my experience.

Dr Mohsen was the best!
Brilliant service from start to finish! Jess was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable leaving the clinic post chalazion removal.
Dr Mohsen and Kay were very professional and took the time to make sure I had all questions answered before starting.
Following removal, I had a minor panic attack and was handled with a lot of care and respect. Should reoccurrence persist, I will definitely be back for Dr Mohsen’s care (he is amazing!). Do not hesitate to use this clinic for your needs, they are brilliant!

Had a follow up appointment with Dr Jameel and he is absolutely brilliant! He handled all my concerns with great care and is a fantastic doctor. Moles removal
After deliberating for a long time, I finally decided to have a few moles removed by shave excision. I contacted several clinics, but City Dermatology Clinic made the best impression, and I am so glad I chose them.
The service was friendly, efficient, and professional from the very start. From being welcomed by Jess at reception, to being assessed by Dr Reza, and then having the procedure carried out, everything was handled exceptionally well.
I held off on submitting a review because I wanted to see the results first. Two weeks later, it is healing beautifully, and I am so happy that I finally did something about what had been making me feel self-conscious for years.
