I have had a very poor experience with CHOIX. I returned an item for an exchange several weeks ago and have been left waiting with little to no communication.

Despite chasing multiple times, I was eventually told on 27 October that my exchange had been passed to the warehouse to be processed as a priority. Since then, I have still received no update, no dispatch confirmation and no indication of when I can expect my replacement.

It is extremely frustrating having to repeatedly chase a company for something that should have been dealt with weeks ago. Customer service should mean keeping customers informed and resolving issues promptly, not sending generic apologies and asking customers to be patient.

Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before ordering from CHOIX again. Very disappointing service.

My partner absolutely loves his clothes from Choix . I got him a grey cargo utility trousers and zip jacket set and he got so many compliments on it. Looks the perfect amount of dressy for going out yet comfortable. I’ve since bought him 2 more sets and shorts. Definitely a brand that will continue to be a wardrobe staple for him!
Sizing is perfect too he is a standard size medium and it fits him perfectly.

Appalling service. My items were delayed by their error and then they refused to exchange one item because it was 2 days outside the returns policy! Ordered over 6 items and merely wanted a different size in one gilet. Terrible customer services, don’t waste your money.

Can’t wait to place my orders for the winter clothing, I purchased at least 6 summer sets and they are fantastic. The materials are so nice thick and soft also they wash up so well.
Very please especially as I was so nervous on ordering from a company I’ve never brought from before.

Worst compony I have ever dealt with they have sent out the wrong order numerous times and to try and get them to send the correct order has been a nightmare the back and forth has been ridiculous I have never dealt with such bad customer services

Great product quality such a good fit true to size

Colour was lighter than on pics and fit was not good, tried to return but the QR code gave me an error message. By the time it was resolved the 14 day window for returns had passed and when i asked for an extension i was refused so i am left with items of no use to me. Shame as some of the clothes on like look decent but will not use again after this experience

Clothes came , definitely not the right sizes xl is more a l , cheap quality material and nothing like the pictures

Ordered 4 sets off choixx website after seeing multiple videos on tictok and i wasnt dissapointed clothing feels top quality and is a tailored fit, feel a million dollors wearing there twin sets 10/10 ill defo be ordering from these alot more going forwards

First of all the company is based in the UK and the shipment took quite a long time. When received, they sent two XS sizes when I ordered two Mediums. The QR return code in the shipment does not work - says it's been disabled = Hmmm. The returns portal on their website does not work at all - shocker. I emailed them via their contact portal and received no responses for over a week. I finally went back to the Shop website and was able to start a return there. Then I discover they want $31 to return the two wrongly sent items. This was not clear when I made the purchase. I went ahead and paid it. I probably should not have, as I'm sure it will take a long time to receive and reshipment back if ever. They also don't take Amex which should tell you something. Slow shipping and a terrible customer return system. Avoid this company!

I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering clothes from Choixx.

My experience has been absolutely appalling from start to finish. Delivery was extremely delayed, and when my items finally arrived, they were faulty. One of the items had been faulty from the beginning, and I have now spent months trying to get my money back.

All three faulty items were returned together in the same parcel. I received confirmation that two items had been received, yet one was apparently missing. After numerous emails and speaking to different members of their customer service team, I was given conflicting information.

What makes this even worse is that two different members of staff described the supposedly missing item, as well as another returned item, which clearly demonstrates that the items had been received. Despite providing evidence and repeatedly explaining the situation, I am still having to fight for my outstanding refunds.

The customer service has been incredibly unprofessional, inconsistent and frustrating. Nobody seems willing to take ownership of the problem or actually resolve it.

I have been patient, provided evidence, chased repeatedly and given more than enough opportunities to put this right.

At this point, I genuinely feel as though I have been robbed. Customers should not have to spend months chasing refunds for faulty goods that have already been returned and acknowledged.

I would not purchase from this company again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others think carefully before spending their money here.

A company is only as good as its customer service when something goes wrong, and Choixx has seriously failed in that respect.

Scammers. Advertise everything on sale and make you purchase packages so they don't have to refund you when they send you poor quality goods. Stay away.. (added.. in the process of going through customer services. My issue is everything on ur site is on sale.. literally everything... so if ur a first time buyer like myself it makes it impossible to get ur money back if you don't like the clothes) anyway i hope it gets sorted.. if it does ill take down the review) thanks
