⚠️ Warning to Badminton Clubs & Buyers – BATON Shuttlecocks (China)
Sharing my experience to help others avoid the same issue.

Order Size: ~150 tubes
Payment: International wire transfer (supplier pushed payment outside Alibaba)
What happened:
Samples sent via Alibaba were acceptable
Bulk shipment quality was completely different
BATON 2 shuttles had severe spinning, unstable flight, and were unplayable
Multiple experienced players and clubs tested and rejected them
Main concerns:
Supplier insisted on off-platform wire transfer (no Trade Assurance)
Clear mismatch between samples and bulk order
Supplier denied the issue and refused responsibility
No meaningful resolution offered

I reached out to China Product Pros to source my custom design product from China and I am so glad I did! Xiaofeng and the team are great - very knowledgeable, have lots of expertise and connections in China, and very detail-oriented. The majority of the agents out there operate on the commission basis, which makes a conflict of interest. Which is not the case for this company.
