Deceitful.
Company is very deceitful with their marketing and DOA policy. They package cherry shrimp in two blurry bags overfilled with water so it is hard to tell whether your cherry shrimp are dead- and once you open it to confirm, BOOM, you broke the DOA policy of not opening the bag. I recieved 2 DOA shrimp out of 10 because of this. Secondly, they advertise "choose express shipping for 5 free shrimp". The only option is express shipping for 50$+. Their shrimp are listed for 6$ each, so you're essentially forced to spend an extra 30$ on shrimp you didn't need, with the other 20$ being spent on shipping they could have paid for. Additionally, the express shipping is marketed as "1 business day", but I ordered on monday and it only arrived on thursday, so sort of misleading. All their non-live goods or structures for your aquarium are 3D printed. You can do that yourself at a library, and they charge 10$+ a structure. The only thing redeeming CSC from a 1 star review is that they sent a few extra things for free, like a made good snack, some more 3d printed structures, and a small cholla wood stick.
