Excellent customer service, easy to work with.

Chargeback.io has honestly saved us a huge amount of time.

Before using it, dealing with chargebacks meant having someone manually monitoring disputes, pulling together information, responding to them and making sure everything was submitted correctly. It’s one of those things that can chew through staff time very quickly.

Since setting up Chargeback.io, most of that has basically gone onto autopilot. The Shopify integration is seamless, the alerts come through automatically, and everything just works in the background without us constantly having to monitor it.

The support has also been one of the biggest standouts. Roudy has been fantastic to deal with, and the whole team genuinely feels like they’re on call 24/7. Every time we’ve had a question, someone has responded and helped us through it. A question never seems to go unanswered, which gives you a lot of confidence when you’re dealing with something as important as payments and chargebacks.

We recently had a pretty unusual situation come up and Roudy took the time to look into exactly what had happened, explain it clearly and help us work out the safest way to handle it.

For us, the biggest benefit is simply the amount of staff time it has saved. Instead of paying someone to manually monitor and fight chargebacks, we can let Chargeback.io handle the heavy lifting and only step in when something genuinely needs our attention.

Really good service and their support is perfect

saved us from a lot of scammers and fraudsters. banks these days always side with the customer...despite customers sending back dirty socks or sand as their "return"....the fraudsters know how to game the system but luckily with companies like chargeback.io, retailers have at least a chance against the massive fraud that these banks allow their customers to get away with.

Smooth experience, good app and API, my first chargeback tool and so far everything works as supposed to. The support has been responsive and they helped me to migrate over from Stripe's inhouse chargeback solution. No issues. I like the clean UI and everything else intuitive as well.

A useless app—it’s nothing but a waste of time. They charged me $100, supposedly to prevent disputes. In the end, four disputes arose; I contacted them, and they told me there was nothing they could do and to just move on. Useless app.

Good for reducing your dispute rate by a lot

Ontario chargeback recovered funds but to receive them I’ve had to pay over 10g to Palidium wallet and they are saying another 6 g to try to release my funds. I’m feeling like it’s another scam telling me they can recover my scammed funds. They have misled me and make it sound like it’s my fault.

It is very nice experience with chargeback.io .It covered almost 100% of by chargebacks .I have got no chargebacks on my payment merchant all disputes are covered and resolved .
