Ordered a pair of work books on the 19th of January and have never received them, I got responses from them when I queried their whereabouts at first but that’s now stopped. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TJIS COMPANY!!!

Several months ago I purchased some work boots from this company.

I have neither received the boots , or an invoice or a reason why.

If you have issues with your purchase from this company. You have to leave them a message so that they can contact you back at their leisure, at a time that suits them.

If you miss this then you must start the process again.

Please note this is me chasing why I’ve not recieved my purchase , not them chasing me to provide any info.

Just don’t risk it …… really not worth it.

I have ordered a jacket from Charnwood and promised delivery within 4-5 days but the order has not arrived. I would avoid using this company as they do not answer emails and no phone number to contact them.

Don't buy, seems scammers. Never received the shoes or refund.

This is the worst company I have ever come across....SHOCKING in fact! Ordered some Timberland work boots that fell apart on first wear! Was told by customer services JANE her name was to glue them and that Timberlands were faulty and to pick another pair of which she sent me a link and that she would send them out to me after Christmas. Still waiting....You now cannot phone them (probably because so many FAULTY boots have been sold and complained about.. 10 emails down the line and no reply I feel duped and angry and really feel like taking this further!!!!! Please do not buy anything from these people!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, my boots costing over £100.00 DID NOT ARRIVE. Despite sending around 10 emails and making copious number of phone calls, no one ever contacted me back.
THIS IS BASICALLY THEFT!! unfortunately it is always the small person who loses out.

Do not use this company, I ordered a pair of boots on the 8th of January and after being fobbed off a few times with them saying I’d have my boots next week etc they stopped responding to my emails. I asked for a refund and again, no response! I eventually raised a dispute with my bank, they have refunded me my money and now they are pursuing the refund on my behalf… good luck!! Absolutely terrible company to try and deal with.

I paid for a pair of safety boots in November 2023 and am still waiting for them. I've sent details via their website, emailed and called many times.
They seem to have changed their name to UK Safety Footwear, but kept an identical website and same phone number.
Unbelievable.

Unable to contact this company concerning defective safety footwear. They have a telephone answering message stating that they no longer answer the telephone because that is what their customers want!
They also do not respond to emails within the 48 hours stated.
DO NOT USE!

I advise anyone NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not provide the goods or provide a refund. Customer service is non existent. Trading Standards have been informed. Appalling shopping experience. No one answers emails, when they do they reply a week later. No point ringing them either. Very dodgy! Please be aware.

Ordered 10 pairs of waders 10 weeks ago. No delivery and no reply to multiple emails. The telephone number is a recorded message directing customers that all communication is online only. I have sent instruction to initiate legal measures to recover payment and any cost associated with that recovery.

I purchased a pair of boots which unfortunately were too big. Contacted them online for return which was approved on 8th Feb. I sent item back as instructed which they received on 12th Feb saying once reviewed I would receive my refund. Nothing heard so chased online on 27th Feb, as no phone number obvious, and again chased today as still no refund or any contact

Why are companies like this allowed to trade on web searches and why are they not regulated.. if multiple reviews are bad why are they not stopped.

STAY AWAY at all costs ,BIGGEST SCAM This company is terrible. Ordered a pair of boots in Dec (4 day delivery time)
After chasing for 2 months and having to buy a pair from else wear that actually delivered the goods they finally arrived. As I had already had to buy a pair from else wear I requested a return. It’s now March and still haven’t received the money.
Their customer service is non existent. You mite get a 1 reply every couple of weeks. No call back like the option they give you on website either.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Having ordered a pair of Ambler work boots for my husband on 20.01.24, I received an email four days later advising me that they had run out of stock on my item, and would I prefer a refund or wait until mid-February for a delivery directly from the manufacturer. I chose to wait until mid-February but did not receive my goods. I subsequently tried to contact them on two different telephone numbers but was re-directed to a couple of websites addresses by an automated message on each occasion. Again, I tried to contact Charnwood Customer Services via their suggested websites i.e. charnwoodfootwear.co.uk and uksafetyfootwear.com on three occasions to no avail. As at 04.03.24, I doubt whether I shall ever hear from them again let alone receive my order. That merchant company is definitely running a scam on unsuspecting customers if one goes by previous reviews as well as my own experience. Do avoid them at all costs !

Ordered a pair of timberland boots on the 1st of Feb for next day delivery 1month later after no response to emails and playing for time through PayPal emails I finally got a refund for PayPal and absolute shambles of a company to deal with stay well clear of Charnwood

I ordered a pair of Amblers boots on the 8th Feb 2024. After one week I chased the order and received a reply to the effect that there was a technical issue and the order would be with me about a week later. After three weeks of no boots and silence I was given a refund by my credit card company. Do not deal with this company in any way, it is run by a bunch of freeloaders and scammers.

I ordered boots to be told they were out of stock ..this took me to message them to find out what had happened to my order.. then they offered me another choice in which I didn’t like so I asked for a refund…still waiting over 3 months later …con merchants

ordered timberland boots no response stay clear companies house says accounts over due and a director has just resigned good job payed through Klarna always a safe guard for your money!!

Ordered trousers only to receive an email informing me that the order was cancelled as they didn't have my size, no further information was added on their email saying a refund was being issued. They have taken the money and its impossible to get a reply from them and surprise, surprise they don't have contact by phone I wonder why. I wish a read the reviews before I ordered. How are they still trading is beyond me but nothing surprises me anymore in this country.
