Scam! This Saturday I wanted to buy a pair of shoes at that store. At the cashier the woman said, if you get a second pair, you will get 50% discount on the second pair. As I had a cosmetic appointment at total beauty, I came back later and looked for a 2nd pair of shoes, as they had very little on stock, i finally found one pair that eas extremly dirty and I asked for another pair or at least to get a discount or that they offer to clean it. All qas refused instead I was ask to pay for cleaning utensils! Still thinking the shoes were 50% off I took them anyway. At the register I asked the woman why does it not say 50% off. She said you have to pay the full amount, then you will get the discount. So I payed. Then they handed me a gift card for my next purchase. I said I want to have the purchase now
All the could have done was to return the purchase and ring it up separately or anything! So I said, I do not want any of the products. They refused for HOURS. I took than one pair of shoes for my son ( by the way it does not fit) and I kept the gift card. Also they charged my card with 105 Euro even each box said 44.90 Euro. I also never received the gift voucher of 50%. This ia a total scam. I found 2 more person in the store who was scamed the same way, so this is their way to make money especially with tourists from Austria who are there for only a couple of hours, like myself. STAY AWAY from this scamer! On the webpage it said, that the money will be given back in cash. All a lie. SCAM
Now I have to return the pair of shoes that does not fit and than I get another GIFT VOUCHER- if at all, for something I do no want. The store manager had been called and neither did she apply the EU - Guidelines of return.

I ordered a pair of Hunter sandals but received a completely different product instead. I contacted customer service immediately and only received generic responses. They told me to return the item to a physical store, but the store refused to process the claim. Then they directed me to an online complaint form that only covers product defects and doesn’t even have an option for receiving the wrong item. Finally, they suggested I place a new order instead of correcting their own mistake.

The whole process has been frustrating, with inconsistent information and no real effort to resolve the issue. I expected much better customer service, especially when the error was entirely on their side. I cannot recommend ordering from their online store based on this experience.

I received a dirty pair of shoes brought directly from the shelves of a physical store even though I asked them not to deliver tried or worn shoes. Some scammers who do not respect European laws and make fun of customers.

They used to be good in Hungary, but messed up my order N7693639528 really badly. First, they decided to split the delivery into two steps. For a store pick up, that's extremely annoying. Second, after I returned the first one, the second order never arrived. It was cancelled by store itself, with no reasons provided, on Jun 20, when I placed the order on 27 May. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They don't answer emails, don't offer concrete information about the order, and that's it. Avoid shopping online at this store, it's a scam.

They have very good deals and high-quality shoes, but I had a strange experience with the security guard in the store. He followed me around the entire store. Eventually, he stopped following me, and I decided to follow him instead. I said hello and asked if there was something he wanted to know. He said no.
When I was about to leave the store, he followed me outside. I asked if he wanted to check my shopping bag, but he didn't. Even though he didn't want to check whether I had stolen anything, it was still uncomfortable to be followed around the store when I was simply there to look at new shoes.

It takes ages for them to ship out packages. The customer service is none existant I presume because no one ever responds to emails and the contact telephone is the same. No answer. It would also help if they could provide correct measurments for shoes. I know there are a lot of them but it can be done.

I ordered sneakers on 09.04.26., today is 23.04.26. and they still have not sent them. Been mailing with the customer service for over 2 weeks. They have never send them, but blamed the GLS that they have lost the package. You can not call them on the 0800 cause the line is not working and on top of that they refuse to refund me money. I wish I have seen these reviews earlier.

no refund other companies like clear pay are looking into sopping trading with them trading standards are looking into my case don’t waste your money on these con merchants pure scum need closing Dow hopefully soon

Horrible company to shop with. They did not get me tracking info. Almost a month after the order. Emailed kept giving excuses of being behind on shipments. Asked for a refund they said “with a 5% penalty”. I went to PayPal and got all of my money back.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, was unsatisfied and sent both back.
Was returned the money for 1 pair.
Kept following up for 3.5 months and then am told they only received one pair.
So they have both pairs of shoes AND my money for 1 pair.
And this took 3.5 months to resolve!

While returning shoes instead of money back received a gift card which I do not want, I want my money back. Staff was very unfriendly, nasty and rude. WILL NEVER BUY FROM CCC EVER AGAIN!

Wish I had looked out more before buying as they don’t accept the returns. The shop wrote that you can return items within 30 days. But then it turned out it is not true unless it’s into a gift card which is useless to me as I’ll never be back in Poland again.

DO NOT shop with this people!!! They are awful!!! Brought a jumper they said they had sent to RM!! They had not!!! They don’t answer any mails or calls!!!! We have passed or issue to the fraud team at or bank!!! Do not buy anything from these chancers

Delayed package. They tried to blame GLS shipping, although they didn"t send it yet.

I ordered a pair of shoes which I have never received, so I let CCC know 6 weeks ago and they dont refund the money despite I sent several e-mails and called the customer service. Every time I got a promise that within 5 days money will be on my bank account. No exact information on the reason and no money refunded.

I got boots from there after around 1 or 2 months it was just useless and it cracked! When I went they told me they're not gonna do anything because it was not their business! It was also like 60,70 euros which is so high compared to the product,just don't be fool about the leather they say they used! Also I bought pair of gloves which were bigger of my size but the saleswoman in there ,she was very old very unhelpful and .,just told me in angry way I can't exchange that and I came home unhappy

CCC Turda - purchased from here. The lady who served us was a blessing: she helped us to ensure we benefited from the current sale promotion.

CCC Szczecin The worse costumers service ever… ordered online with 1-2 working days delivery week ego … order status doesn’t chance since … help line service very rude and not helpful at all.

I buyed some Crocs from CCC shop located in Satumare s mall in Romania , where i was served by Ioana, an very slow and very irritated old lady, who have nothing to do in sales business, talked to me like i was her worker or something.. anyway after 10 min, thinking better about how i was treated i returned those crocs ( i still buyed them but from another shop)
I will never ever buy from that shop again until that old stressed lady Ioana is in charge.
Btw. Got a video about how is insulting me just because i told her im in a hurry 😞
Shame CCC that your human resources is so low

Terrible quality . I've ordered 2 pairs of summer sandals. One of the pair was for everyday use, I received it on June 10th, and on June 28th I've noticed that two heels slightly came off. So these shoes barely lasted for over 2 weeks. Also my feet are black each time after wearing those black sandals.
