My experience with Caseover was very disappointing. I bought a pair of earbuds, and the product has frequent connectivity issues with an iPhone 15, often failing to connect properly. On top of that, the battery life is far below what I expected and drains very quickly, not matching what was advertised.

The console/interface is not smooth, frequently freezes, and experiences lag during games, making it very frustrating to use. The overall performance does not live up to the expectations created by the company's advertising.

Another aspect that made me very suspicious was the review system. I left a negative review on the website describing my experience, but it was never published or updated. This gives the impression that only positive reviews are displayed, which undermines transparency and consumer trust.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from this store again, and I recommend that other customers do thorough research before making a purchase.

Super helpful and fast replying customer service! Bought the console as a Christmas gift so haven't got the chance to try it yet, but from the packaging looks exactly like in the website.
Will update my review to five stars once we try it, but so far would recommend for sure!

A disappointment. Firstly, despite the site was giving me the info that I would received it in 2 days when I placed the order, I received an email informing that the item was out of stock I should have waited 10 days.
After it, I receive the item and is a disappointment, as the “save” option does not work and that makes the console totally useless.
