I bought a watch and it got sent after 1 month. I received it but wanted to adjust it so the seller told me to return it. I asked for an adjustment (removing the cyclops magnifying glass on the date). The seller re-sent the watch after 1 month again, but the watch arrived just how it was the first time with no adjustments. I contacted the seller and he offered me a 40% discount to return it again to him. I answered him but he ignored my email and has not responded yet. Its been more than a month. Be careful from buying from this person. If you do not like the watch, it will not be returned to you nor will you receive your refund.

I ordered two watches from this website. Unfortunately, the delivery took almost two months, they gave me a little refund for the long waiting time and I was fine with it. When the package finally arrived, only one watch was included.

I’ve already contacted customer support 2–3 times, but so far I haven’t received any response, which is quite disappointing.

The watch I did receive is actually very nice and I’m happy with the quality. However, I would really appreciate some feedback or support regarding the missing second watch.

I hope this issue can be resolved soon, and I also hope this review helps others be aware of potential delays and communication issues.

The process of creating a custom watch to ordering the watch was pretty easy. The shipping was a bit longer than expected but still writhing their shipping policy period, the only slight problem I had was not being able to track my package. Other than that the watch looks and feel great for the price.
