Abysmal Customer service, the worst product ever!
In the last 5 years, I have spent over $2800 at Carzilla. Recently I purchased the iK e FOAM Pro 2 - a portable sprayer to start my car wash with a layer of foam. Right out of the box the sprayer was difficult to start. Getting the green light on was good, but the second pressing of the start button was always problematic. I sent an email to Carzilla to ask if there is something the instruction manual isn't describing very well - despite the fact it is a very simple to operate - They told me to send a video. So over the course of the last year I managed to get it working spending 10 minutes or so pressing the start button, watch the light go off. eventually it started and I was able to use the device.
Currently, the only way I can get the green light on is by charging it. BTW, fully recharged barely it barely finishes my MB B250 a relatively small car.
So I send another email, because I noticed a Generation 2 of this sprayer if I could send my clearly defective sprayer, for a discount on the Generation 2 version. The fact that iK Sprayers came up with a new generation says that it was a poor design or there was a manufacturing defect. Once again they say to send a video. I guess they don't want my business. I don't think I have ever bought a worse product than this overpriced pos. How do you design a product where the start button doesn't work. I'm sure they have had complaints from other buyers, and Carzilla has absolutely no interest in spending any time, with customer service, that any respectable businesses would feel responsible to do. Is it possible to give a 1/2 star rating?

I ordered Adam's Graphene Shampoo in the 128oz container and a couple of other things due to the extremely affordable price compared to Canadian Tire which only offered a small size at a ridiculous price. Package arrived in just over a week totally intact and in perfect condition. Will definitely use them again an will let others know as well....

I have made a few purchases from them, I have found not only are the products excellent and a good value for money, but the shipping is fast. I have also found their response to questions to be fast and their overall customer service to be the same. I don’t hesitate to recommend them or to buy from them.

Very bad experience! I never received my 250$+ order and after contacting Carzilla for support, they initially answered me but then stopped and ignored all my messages. I would avoid them if I were you. I will now use tocsupplies.ca exclusively as I have always received great customer service from them.

Attention everyone stay away from cry, craze Timisoara airport. They charge your credit card for deposit ahead instead of blocking, and after you drop your car, they claim more damages than really are difficult to work with them and to collect the deposit again stay away from this company.

Carzilla is terrible!!!!! I’m extremely sad I just bought a car and since the first day I told him that it wasn’t running good and I’ve had it  not even a week,  I went to put insurance on it, and the insurance company told me that they wouldn’t ensure it because it had been salvaged or something like that and they told me at the car dealership that I had a minor wreck but basically I’ve had the car less than a week and it doesn’t work anymore I’m so sad I love his car and I wanted it to work but yeah the dealerships basically telling me to screw my self and they won’t help me with anything. It’s Carzilla down in Salt Lake nobody go there.
