I bought the Coverderm for perfect legs. I chose the second lightest tint as the first one was white and more a base with no colour. Although my skins tone is more pink than yellow, it does not mean my skin is actually pink. The colour is way too warm and pink for my skin and more importantly it doesn’t cover the (thin) broken veins even if it was the right colour. It looks like I have bruises on my legs now instead of broken thread veins. Not the look I hoping for.
They offer a tester kit with all colours for €20 but why not put a tester with the product so you can try it out before opening the tube and send it back at your own costs if necessary. I have now spent €40 on a product that I cannot use. The deep colour of the nr. 2 cream is not at all comparable to the photo shown on the website. Very disappointed.

I ordered two bottles of Rouge Smoking by BDK. The order was accepted, and at no point during checkout was I informed that the item was out of stock. Only one day later, I was told they were actually out of stock and that the perfumes had been “ordered” and would be delivered within two weeks.

Because this was meant to be a birthday present, timing was important. About a week later, I contacted customer service via chat and was explicitly assured that the order would arrive within a week. Nothing happened.

After the two-week period passed with no update, I called again and was told—once more—“sorry, it will be delivered next week.” Another week passed, still with no delivery and no proactive communication from their side. I had to contact them every single time to get any information.

At this point (waiting for three weeks), I canceled the order because the service was unreliable and misleading, and I could no longer trust their repeated promises. It is unacceptable to keep giving new delivery estimates without any follow-through or updates.

I have not yet received my refund, but I will update this review once the process is completed. Their policy states that refunds should be processed within 14 days, so I sincerely hope that, at the very least, they manage the refund correctly—something they failed to do with the order itself.
