The secret is the human touch
We've dealt with Capify over several years. They have worked hard to remove the annoying bureaucracy from financing in a way not matched by anyone else we've encountered.
The ability to speak to humans at any time is key. The specific human who's consistently made our lives easier is Demsie Hamilton, our account manager.
I often don't believe the glowing reviews I see on Trust Pilot, presuming they're shills or AI bots. But this is the real deal, as are employees like Demsie and Jack.

Made the mistake of enquiring with this lot a few years ago and now they won't leave me alone. Latest is they area using AI digital cold callers. Sad times. Vote with your feet peeps and don't use companies who spam you with calls from robots.
