Massive scam
Massive scam, I ordered candy from them, but never received it. Now the company refuses to reply, even though they claim on their website to 'reply within minutes'.

Rude customer service
Ordered some chocolate and when it was delivered I noticed it was 10 months past its best by date. Wrote an email to customer service who replied very quickly saying the date was in the item description (it was in the confirmation email but not on the site)
The date is irrelevant though, chocolate is good even for years after the best by date. The 1 star review is for the rude and condescending tone of the email from customer service, subtly calling me an idiot for not know what I ordered
