Football kit
Ordered the football kit at the start of April, arrived start of May, so took too long. Despite it being an English company, the item arrived from overseas to Heathrow LC. The quality is good and the size chart is accurate. They do not respond to emails - it states on website they will respond within 24 hours, but still no response from email sent to chase item over a week ago. Once with Royal Mail at Heathrow it took just 1 day to get to me.
In short - poor organisation, customer service, logistics. Good item (although not washed it yet!)

I have received a Customs Charge of…
I have received a Customs Charge of £124 on a Football Shirt purchased from cooso.co.uk for a charge of £47. I am disputing the charge but seems very odd that I purchased a shirt from a website showing an address in Manchester, UK but have received a Customs Charge for something being imported into the UK. Not happy.

My order never turned up, no contact or refund!
Order a shirt on 8 March, still hasn't arrived. Made several attemps to contact them via email (the only way) and note had a single response. Convinced that this is a scam site. My son saved up really hard to buy a football shirt and is so disappointed!!! The payment goes through a US site and is in dollars, very suspect! Tried to get a refund through my bank but they've been told that I've already been refunded, which I have NOT!!

Absolute joke
Absolute joke! Put an order in on the 27/02/26 STILL waiting for my order! I emailed them on the 15/03/26 asking where my order is and still have had no reply! This was a birthday present and is not on. I wouldn’t purchase from you again! What an absolute let down of a company! This was a first football kit for my friends daughter. Never again. At least have the decency to reply to my complaint!!
