order never received, support made me think this company is a scam

It’s just like everything else that’s out there. Nothing special and it didn’t make a difference if I used it or not.

I was expecting the magnets to be stronger and more powerful to hold better. They do work with lighter weight objects.

Instructions are so tiny. I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. and the instructions were terrible. Doesn’t tell you what angle to use for different knives. you just need to have better instructions on how to use it.

After multiple attempts to make you understand and proof from the post office that the tracking number you gave me had the wrong address and name on it and gps proof from the post office and my home security cameras showed no delivery to my address on July 6th at 2:56 pm! I am still out the money and have NOT RECEIVED my order. Therefore I will go to social media and let others know that your customer service is horrible and to not purchase from you, so they won’t fall victim to the same thing that happened to me.

Average experience. The product works as advertised (good), but comes with no instructions and takes three weeks to arrive in the US.

It was exceptional. I received consistent updates and my package arrived very quickly. I am very pleased

SCAM ALERT. I ordered the straining basket for my bathroom sink and it took a long time to arrive. When it did, the basket was too big to fit in a standard-sized sink drain here in the USA. I looked at convictions.com and read their return policy which stated they would take full responsibility for any problem with the order. When I contacted customer service they offered me $4, then $7, then $9 to resolve the issue but I had paid more than $25 for the useless products. They should not be selling this item in the USA. It will not fit. In fact, the name of the item is a “floor drain” but the ad depicts someone putting it in their bathroom sink. It turns out there have been several scam websites using variations of the name convictioni— convictiony— etc. They shut it down and change to a new name when they are found out. DO NOT BUY.

My experience was good they let me know. Every move my merchandise was making I received my merchandise. They let me know when they delivered and followed up to see how good the service was. I will order from them again.

I placed an order many weeks ago. I kept getting updates on the journey my package took. Many people would love to get those "around the world" travel miles !
If I had known how long it would take and where my item can from, I never would have ordered

Product was good but shipper used counterfeit postage and I had to pay an additional $8 to have it delivered. The Post Master general said they have been investigating this for a while as it is not the first time. How do I get my $8 refund?

I have never received my order. It was never delivered to my house.

I thought there was an actual clip where for the money but it just seems like there's pockets and it's not really much old storage it's a cool concept but just didn't meet my expectations

Items arrived okay, BUT the labelling /directions/instructions were all in CHINESE. I have NO IDEA how to mix/use.....so it is USELESS to me. Not very satisfied.

The videos are misleading. The cloths that came with the mop work, but so far, others do not. Very disappointed. No directions, either. It’s a good idea, but a miss.
