They kept my faulty dac for more than two weeks without any communication and then sent it back stating that it's broken whole my they themselves approved the claims after seeing the photos

Ordered the CCA Sleep 6mm Dynamic Driver Smart ANC Bluetooth 5.4 TWS earbuds (Blue) from conceptkart.com, order #CK288249. Right earbud was dead out of the box - tried charging multiple times, no response. Left earbud works fine, so it looks like a manufacturing defect on that unit specifically.

Tried raising a ticket through their website: it says "order not found" even with the correct order number. Followed up over email and WhatsApp multiple times over 4 weeks, no response on any channel.

I'm not asking for a refund, just a replacement for a defective unit, and they won't even acknowledge the request. Posting this so other buyers know what to expect if something goes wrong with their order.

Terrible Customer Service & Defective Product – Avoid! (Order #CK270707).

Extremely frustrating experience with Concept Kart. I purchased the Juzear Defiant Gamefidelity Edition via Snapmint, and it arrived with a clear hardware defect. I raised a replacement request and sent it back. Their technicians did a superficial check, failed to test the unit for continuous playback, and sent it back claiming it was "working fine."The unit failed again within an hour of unboxing. Now, Concept Kart has completely stopped responding and is ghosting my messages.I have already filed an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket #9820716), which has been pending for over 15 days because they are ignoring government notices. If this is not resolved with a full refund and return label immediately, my next step is filing a formal case on the e-Jagriti Online Consumer Court portal against both Concept Kart and Snapmint for deficiency of service.Save your money and buy from retailers who actually honor warranties and don't ghost paying customers!

They have very poor customer service. No one pick up the call or reply to my messages. I have returned my product worth 9200rs They are not initiating refund. FRAUD SCAM

I placed Order No. #CK273262 on 7 Jul'26 and made the payment in advance. However, on 11 Jul'26, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock.

As of 17 Jul'26, I have neither received the ordered item nor the refund. I have already sent a follow-up email regarding this matter, but I have not received any response so far.

Therefore, I recommended please don't waste your hard earning money on concept kart purchasing.

I've lost my 5K, I brought an Headphonr from Conceptkart.I've raised a Warranty Ticket, due to Hardware Issue. Their Team has picked up my Headphone.

Several Months has passed by, But neither I received the Replacement not the Store Credit.

I placed my order (Order ID: CK267973) and, despite waiting for a long time, I have received no meaningful update regarding my order.

The biggest issue is the customer support. I have tried contacting the team through emails and other available channels, but I have not received any response. There is no transparency, and as a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be left without any information after making the payment.

I expected much better service from Concept Kart, but my experience has been very disappointing.

If my issue is still not resolved, I will share my complete experience on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms to make other customers aware. I will also ask creator friends to review and cover this experience if needed.

If I continue to receive no response or resolution, I will consider filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities and pursue the matter through the proper legal channels.

I sincerely hope Concept Kart responds and resolves my issue instead of ignoring genuine customers.

Update:- after posting everywhere they give me link of tracking my order and successfully delivered my product

Ordered a DAC from Concept Kart. Received only the cover. Reported it immediately with timestamps, photos, and a video of the contents. Did everything a customer reasonably could after discovering a missing item.
Their resolution: you should have filmed it from before you opened the package.
Think about that for a second. A company ships you an incomplete order — a mistake made in their warehouse — and their response is that you, the customer, should have anticipated their error and had a camera rolling before you even opened the box. Not once during purchase, checkout, or delivery is this expectation made clear. You're supposed to just know.
When pushed on this, they said: "Once a package has been opened, there is no reliable way to confirm what was originally inside."
Warehouse dispatch records. Packing logs. Shipment weight checks. These exist for exactly this reason. The answer to whether my item was packed sits entirely in their warehouse data — none of which they mentioned checking at any point in this conversation.
Instead, the entire burden of their fulfillment error was placed on me.
I'm posting so that anyone considering ordering from Concept Kart knows what to expect if something goes wrong. Keep your camera ready before you open anything. Because if their warehouse forgets to pack your order, the first question won't be "let us check our end" — it'll be "where's your video."

Their earphones are of cheap sound quality and expensive. Bought iem earphone at ₹1.6k from conceptkart, the sound quality is horrible, it's sound quality is like a 150 rs earphone. A ₹300 boat earphone sounds better than this ₹1.6k iem earphone.
There's is no return or refund policy
If you buy it you have to keep it, so buy at your own risk.
Better buy from amazon or flipkart because you can return or refund if the product doesn't meet your expectation.

Horrible website , there is no support, getting in toch with them is next to impossible. They want to sell you stuff but dont want to talk to you.

I bought an IEM from their website. After receiving it their was no sound from the IEM, so I went to replace it and found that they don't recive complain in the website or by email, the only way is to use their chatbot which is useless...

Absolute garbage shop. They have no customer support system, just an AI chatbot which doesn't even respond half of the time, and says connecting to a live agent, that's it.
Bought KZ Castor Harman from them on 23rd Dec, 24, started to get lower sound to none in the span of a week on the left earpiece in June. I connected to the chatbot and took about 2 weeks just to get a proper response from them. Then I sent the product for RMA in September and got it back on 11or 12th Sept. They said they fixed the issue within the earpieces by replacing the filter. It was working just fine, but now the same thing is happening again in February (Started). If I have to do this every 6 months, that should tell you the quality of the product.
Also, they could have just issued an RMA for a within-warranty product instead of fixing re-occuring problem.

Fraud , faulty products received and non-existent customer support.

The delivery was supposed to happen on 2nd December, but there has been no update and no response. I am prepared to initiate a cyber crime complaint and also approach the Consumer Court against Concept Kart.

Fraud company. They send you anything and no connection after that.
