Our strata hired ANOTHER company to replace the garage doors on all the townhouses in the complex. While the new doors were great, the OTHER company's installation was substandard, which left huge gaps on the sides of the door. I contacted Comfort Garage & Doors in Richmond and spoke to Saf, explaining the problems with the door installation by ANOTHER company. Saf arrived within a few hours. He was AMAZING!!! He explained the issues and what adjustments needed to be made. In addition, he showed me what parts needed annual lubrication and suggested that the oversized rubber weather stripping (used on commercial doors) installed by the OTHER company, be replaced with a standard size rubber weather stripping. Saf quoted me a VERY fair price. Saf returned the next day with Roman and they made all the necessary adjustments to the door - showing me what the problems were and how they were going to fix them. Saf and Roman are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - five star for knowledge, workmanship, professionalism, efficient, honest, very personable. I highly recommend Comfort Garage & Doors - Richmond and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
