I lived out of state and had a property…
I lived out of state and had a property in Gloucester Township New Jersey that had just been vacated by the tenants. Let’s just say the property was not in the best shape, and with me being out of state, it was going to be very complicated if I had to come back to clean and sell.
I called this company up and they were able to buy it as is and coordinate the closing with me being out of state so that was very nice and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a house fast and easy
