I'm very pleased with the service provided by 55Plus Höganäs. My questions were answered quickly, the hedge was cut neatly, and they honestly told me that the grass didn't need mowing yet (it's a holiday home, so I wasn't there). I'd highly recommend them!

Hi, I’d like to clarify a few things. You offered one timeslot during peak summer when I was traveling, and after that it was nearly impossible to get another slot. Despite many messages, I rarely got a reply beyond “soon,” which isn’t proper communication.
I had to send so many messages because that was the only way to reach Magnus, and he often didn’t respond for days. I have screenshots showing this.
Lastly, your new quote for just the built-in wardrobe was higher than the first one that included floors, skirting, and materials — and you’ve still not explained why. Until there’s transparency on that, my review stands.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. It has been almost impossible to get in touch with the carpenter in charge of their projects, Magnus. He often didn’t respond to messages at all, and when I asked about his schedule or when he could start my work, his only reply was “soon.”
When I finally received a price estimate for building in a PAX wardrobe, it was much higher than a previous offer I had received from them - even though that earlier offer already included the closet work, materials, laying down new floor and skirting boards. The lack of transparency and communication is extremely unprofessional, and I’ve lost trust in how they handle their clients.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
