bad luck

Unfortunately, a terrible experience: my items were lost during shipping, and I lost my money. Just one reply from 4camping, then silence. A real shame...

Buongiorno,
ci dispiace sinceramente per l'esperienza avuta con il suo ordine. Purtroppo, in caso di smarrimento di una spedizione, è necessario attendere l'esito delle verifiche da parte del corriere prima di poter procedere con una soluzione definitiva.
Non appena abbiamo ricevuto la conferma dal corriere, abbiamo provveduto subito a creare un ordine sostitutivo, che è già in viaggio verso di Lei.
Ci scusiamo per il disagio e per l'attesa più lunga del previsto e La ringraziamo per la pazienza dimostrata. Speriamo che la nuova spedizione arrivi presto e senza ulteriori problemi, così da poter risolvere definitivamente la situazione.

Very good, would recommend!

We ordered a top sleeping bag at a discounted and very convenient price. Got the package a couple of days later than expected, but still everything ok. Only downside was the delivering company (GLS) chosen by 4camping, because it was impossible to get in touch with them (GLS) and ask why the order was being kept on hold for 2/3 days.
