Glücklicherweise ist bis jetzt jede Bestellung bei dem richtigen Kunden angekommen.
Für das nicht ankommen eines Paketes wie in ihrem Falle beschrieben stehen wir 24/7 mit unserem Kunden-Support zur verfügung um Anhand ihrer Bestellnummer den aktuellen Standort des Paketes zu Orten.
Durch dieses System können wir jeden Fehler vermeiden und unseren Qualität Standard auf dem höchsten Level halten.
Leider haben sie bereits über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht auf unsere Anfrage reagiert, um dem Fehler auf den Grund gehen zu wollen.
