Orders delayed and damages - no help from customer service
Our two orders took forever to arrive (first one got lost between Belgium and Portugal and the second one was stuck at Belgian postal services for more than a whole week). When the first one finally arrived after 2 weeks and a half, it was damaged. All this was reported to the AI helping service and I constantly requested from someone from the customer service to get back to me. No one ever did. I do not recommend this website for deliveries within Europe.

Very bad delivery service
Your service was very expedite and good. The problem was with delivery in Portugal. It stayed in transit for weeks and when it was delivered the package was damaged and some milk cartons in very bad shape.
