I purchased 2 bottles for my children last year and they were of fantastic quality, so light and made of Stainless Steel . The children loved the quirky designs on their bottles. The quality is superb with no plastic.My husband and myself also have two bottles that are so light and fit snugly in Gear Bags and Hand Bags.

The products are really high quality. The Clima bottle kept the drink's temperature perfectly stable during the summer, and I just love it! The design is also very beautiful.

The bottle is fine, good size for my toddler and easy to use, but both bottles I bought came without the straw even though it was mentioned on the box, their customer service told me it was never meant to come with a straw (why put it on the box that it includes straw then?) and now, after a few months of regular use and no dishwasher, the colour-changing bottle doesn’t change colour anymore. Repeatedly disappointed.

Their product are amazing. Their carrier (TNT/Fedex) is the worst in Italy.

​After reporting an issue with aggressive packaging adhesive on my Clima 850 ml bottle in brushed stainless steel, the team reached out very quickly (Ilaria was particularly helpful). They took my feedback about this new sticker adhesive into account for future improvement and immediately offered a solution under warranty (replacement, refund, or store credit).

I ordered two 24Bottles bottles, one 0.8 L and one 1.5 L. The order arrived promptly and the bottles themselves are beautifully designed and very practical.

However, after using them regularly for water, I noticed an issue that I find quite disappointing.
If the bottle and especially the lid are not thoroughly cleaned and dried after repeated use, an unpleasant smell develops surprisingly quickly around the neck and sealing area. I have also noticed residue/mould-like buildup around the rim and gasket.

This becomes a bit of a vicious circle: once the bottle starts to smell, I no longer feel comfortable drinking from it, even after rinsing it.
For a product that is designed to be reusable and to replace disposable bottles, I would expect the lid and sealing system to be easier to keep hygienically clean.

I have since learned that 24Bottles recommends regularly removing the silicone gasket from the lid for deep cleaning, which may help. Nevertheless, I find it disappointing that this is such a recurring issue with normal everyday use.

Beautiful design, but the hygiene and maintenance of the lid could definitely be improved.

I already had a 850ml Clima bottle that I loved for 6 years, but it was no longer enough during training. I bought a 1.5L Clima bottle with a sports lid, and the infuser lid to brew tea in my other bottle. Everything I ordered was perfect. The sports lid is well-designed, I can easily open it with my gloves on, and drink without spilling. The infuser lid works as intended as well. I also really appreciate that the lids are interchangeable and sold separately. If I really want to, I can now brew 1.5L of tea. Great company, good quality products. I often recommend it to friends and family.
