Live betting could be improved. Many times I wanted to bet live and I couldnt because a game is closed or locked or whatever. Bonuses are okay but I dont like lucky wheel because it always lands on same place. The most I like is the withdrawals wich are easy to do.

Due to some circumstances my friend had to log into his account through my device , and 20bet resulted this situation as violation of terms and duplicate accounts though i had provided complete verification and proofs that the two identities are complete different , and 20bet closed my account and is not even giving me a chance to withdraw my account balance winnings , 20bet is completely trash not even understanding the situation and replying with “this matter should not be discussed further”

Quite possibly the worst casino I have ever had the misfortune of playing at. I deposited and won 10k, as soon as I tried to withdraw the delay tactics and games began. They don't want to pay out so use their dodgy terms and conditions to screw you. You have just 14 days to fully verify your account or else they will take your winnings and close your account. In order for you to miss the 14 day deadline they make you jump through hoops in the hope the 14 days pass before you're verified. They request document after document after document. They will reject them then later ask again for the very ones they rejected. They ask for screenshots, when you send the screenshot they then suddenly need a PDF version. They ask for your ID, then they want a picture of you holding your ID, then they want a picture of you holding your ID and a specific number. Its basically a humiliation ritual.

I have played at online casinos for over 20 years and never had so many requests for verification documents. They have more documents belonging to me than my own parents and they still want more. Horrendous casino.

10 Days Later and My Money Is Still Missing – Extremely Disappointing Experience with 20Bet

My 20BET name : RONGALI KRISHNA CHAITANYA

On 03 June 2026 at approximately 12:43 PM, I made a UPI deposit of ₹7,999.25 using the payment details provided by 20Bet.

Payment Details:

- Amount: ₹7,999.25
- Recipient Name: Pankaj Kumar
- Recipient UPI ID: boim-450314550069@boi
- UTR/Reference Number: 607298322792
- Payment Status: Successfully debited from my bank account

I entered the UTR during the deposit process as required and also provided payment proof to support.

Despite this, the deposit was later marked as Declined, and even after 10 days, the funds have neither been credited to my 20Bet account nor refunded to my bank account.

I have contacted support numerous times and provided all requested information. Every response has been the same generic message stating that the case has been escalated and is under investigation. However, nobody has been able to explain:

- Where my money currently is
- Why the deposit was declined despite a successful payment
- When I will receive my funds back

Keeping a customer's money unresolved for 10 days while providing only repetitive responses is completely unacceptable.

I am posting this review because private communication has failed to produce any meaningful progress. I expect 20Bet to take responsibility, provide a proper explanation, and resolve this issue immediately.

Fast payment, good games

I have been a customer of 20Bet for almost 3 years and overall I am a losing player, not a winning one.
More than 2 years ago, the cash out feature disappeared from my account. Since then, I have been unable to close bets early during live matches. Support repeatedly ignores this issue and provides no explanation.
In addition, my account appears to be heavily restricted. Many promotional features and bonuses are unavailable to me. For example, the "Wheel of Fortune" promotion is completely disabled on my account, and I cannot participate in it despite being an active customer.
I continue to deposit and place bets regularly, yet my account remains limited without any clear reason. I do not understand why a long-term customer who is already in an overall loss is treated this way.
Support does not provide clear answers and simply repeats generic responses. My experience with 20Bet has become increasingly disappointing.

UPDATE 2.0: One day hasn’t even passed and the site has already made another mistake, or they did it on purpose. I requested a 1-month break, but they immediately completely closed my account and stated that it was done at my request.
