Very bad, impossible to reach on the phone, waiting hours in the aura for nothing. The service they provide to call you back is a joke, filled up the request twice, nobody called me yet, it’s been over 10 days. They won’t answer my requests done through their contact form on their website and same goes for the emails sent to the after-sale service. It’s very lame.

I ordered 2 things on nov 26th.
The second was supposed to be delivered on dec 9th.

since 2013, i already got 8 tires from 123 pneus without any problem. Big disappointement

I placed an order six days ago and quickly received a confirmation that the order was passed to the warehouse; however there has been no update since. I tried to contact via online form, chat, phone (total about 3 hours on the line waiting for "my turn").

I ordered 4 winter tires on November 15. Their system stated there were delivered November 18. I never received them. After numerous tries I finally reached someone by phone on December 2. I was told the tires was still with them! and it would take 3 business days to get them. We are now December 10 and I still have nothing. I spent 13 hours! over two days on hold with their customer service numbers and can't reach them. I request a refund. my order is RD 53863539

My order it’s no coming

Ordered rims there were in stock over 1 month ago and still no update nor received my order.

The customer service experience was extremely disappointing and unhelpful. The contact form is broken and completely unusable, and the waiting times to reach a representative are over two hours. When you finally manage to get through to someone, they offer no real assistance—simply advising you to "wait a bit longer" without even providing a tracking number or any concrete information. Overall, it’s an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Ordered 4 tires the 6.11, today the 9.12, still nothing received.
Can't have a contact by : email, phone, online form... Automatic response say that the tires was received the 18.11 but never seen them. Every good try (whatsapp once and phone), they said "yeah you will received them this week", lies...

Do not waste your time with this company. So much hassle and impossible to contact. They have taken my money and delivered nothing. Orders have been cancelled. Impossible to contact. They only reply on trust pilot to try and save their reputation. I am exhausted wasting my time trying to contact them. 53977738 and 53801303.

No tracking of order, wrong delivery infos, no possibility to know the delivery date.

I received wrong tyre (different size).
It's ok, errors happen. Since almost 3 weeks, however, my tries to get correct tyre or money back have been COMPLETELY ignored. Contact online forms, mails - no reply, phone - 69th (!) in the queue which went to 60th in about 30 minutes (then I dropped for obvious reason).

5th review, as that's the only way to communicate with the team..

1st order:
Good side: 4 tyres were reimbursed.

2nd order:
Bad side: the other shipment, I only received 2.

Fast delivery and very good tyres in competitive price

Order placed the 5th of November 2024 (3 weeks ago now). First email from Delticom AG (123pneus) the 7th to say that the order will be sent partially. Second email the 8th to say that the order will be “3 days” late… and then NOTHING more! Tried to contact them plenty times! Contact form: no answer, phone calls: hours spent without being able to speak to someone, phone call back: no phone call from them! Apparently, we are a lot of unhappy customers with them. So all in all, 3 weeks after the order, no money, no tyres and no answer…! Never again..!

Unfortunately only two arrived. Tried to call the support line. I moved from place 24 to place 10 in the queue so after two hours I finally gave up.

Wrote via the contact form and got a crappy automated response and still no response to my questions.

They’ve got my money and given me half my order and when there is a problem with the order there virtually no way of correcting it.

I want my tyres or my money back!!

Ordered two winter tires on October 29th 2024, scheduled to arrive on November 5th. When they hadn't arrived on November 8th, I tried contacting them. The form on their website to check delivery status still said that the delivery would happen on the 5th (3 days ago lol). Tried contacting support through the contact form on their website, but couldn't submit the form because I didn't have a client ID (I ordered as guest). Ok then, let's call support! On hold for 1.5 hours until I get to speak to someone. This person told me my parcel is stuck at customs, and should be delivered by the end of the coming week. All good, I'm nothing if not patient.
A week has passed, then 4 more days, no news, no updates, no tires. It's time to call support again, I guess. This time, I waited on the line for 2 hours, and the person who answered told me that the tires were stuck in an intermediate depot and the order somehow didn't get released from it. I now have two options: request a refund and cancel my order, or request a manager to analyze my delivery and hopefully release it. Sure, I say, let the manager take care of it, can't be that hard to get them released, right ?
The following day I receive an email stating my order had been canceled, justification: "delivery time too long" and I haven't even been refunded.
Now I'm once again on the phone, came in at number 37 in the call queue, got to number 1 after more than 4 hours of waiting, and finally gave up after 4.5 hours when no one was picking up the phone.

In short: no tires, no refund, no support, and 8 hours of my life listening to the same 3 horrible tunes that I'm not getting back!

I have never, EVER, had to do with such incompetent customer service. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER 123pneus.ch!

EDIT 29NOV2024: Called the hotline again, as I still haven't gotten any news about my order or got the refund. This time I only had to wait one hour! The seemingly depressed agent at the phone told me that the order had been canceled (duh) and that I should have been refunded after two days (which of course I wasn't). I asked if they could just issue a new order with exactly the same products, but for some magical reason the tires that were available for my first order were not available anymore. I asked if I could speak to someone else, but the person said no, because they don't have phones in the other building !? Honestly, if you can, ask your garage to order tires for you, or find any other place to order them. Going through this entire process is honestly not worth it when you got nothing to show for at the end. I would give less than one star if it was at all possible!
