I had a very good experience with The Sweater Shop. I was looking for a classic Irish cable knit women's sweater in a rich green for a reasonable price, for a gift. It was temporarily out of stock for about a week, but I received a nice apologetic email and a free pair of wool socks with my item. The sweater is beautiful and I will order more from The Sweater Shop.

Shipment of the sweater was delayed. It didn't ship until about a week after I ordered it. Once it shipped, it went quickly, though.
The sweater is described as "moss green", but it looks like teal green to me. It is a beautiful sweater, though.
