Not refunding money.
Have been with Express VPN for over a decade and it’s been exemplary until I attempted to gift my cousin a subscription which failed miserably . Subsequently I cancelled the subscription and have been asking the bots on their chat for days for a refund who tell me it’s gone to billing . Just refund my money !!
