I initially purchased the €0.60 introductory offer and was surprised when a €39.95 recurring subscription was activated after the 48-hour trial.

I contacted FileWorld support immediately, explained the situation and requested a refund. Their response was extremely fast and professional. Antonella handled my request promptly, cancelled the subscription and processed a full refund of €39.95 without any unnecessary complications.

The refund was confirmed by my bank shortly afterwards.

Although I was not happy with the way the trial converted into a recurring subscription, I am very satisfied with how quickly and professionally the customer support resolved the issue.
