I am diabetic so I use this to help me lose weight in conjunction with my weekly Tirzepitide shot. I will say that I plateaued with my weight on tirzepitide (Zepbound) for a long while. It wasn't until i added the Liquid L-Carnitine did I start losing again. Ragin Mango has an amazing flavor. I've never tasted a supplement before that tasted so much like the actual fruit. Delicious!
