The printer I purchased stopped working/interfacing with my computer within the first month. HP replaced this item with a refurbished item and passed it off as a new product. This unit didn't work from day 1. When I addressed this with HP and asked for a different model or refund, they refused. HP Smart Tank 5101 is a bad buy.
