Good morning Mr Menzel,


I am very disappointed with your service and the company that you gave it to for transport to my home.


First the product obviously had already been delivered to someone else and had been very badly repacked!


Secondly the company, DPD, that you paid for transport of this product to my home was not performed correctly. 


DPD tell me that it was impossible to deliver to my home because no one was. LIE. I was at home all day, on the terrace,  waiting for them to come...but they never came!


DPD then tell me that I redirected the delivery to a DPD parcel shop 2km from my home. LIE. I never redirected it.


NOTHING BUT LIES!!!


So because I am handicapped I had to take a taxi to collect this 8kg box...total cost for the taxi 35.00 frs.


Totally unacceptable service from Techstudio and DPD.


Please reimburse me 35.00 frs.

Nota: je peux comprendre qu'il est plus facile de déposer 10 colis dans un parcel shop au lieu de livrer dans 10 immeubles! Comme ça il gagne du temps et de L'ARGENT...des malhonnêtes !!!

Nota: DPD obviously find it easier to deliver 10 parcels to one address rather than deliver to 10 different addresses...this was confirmed to me by personnel at the parcel shop...DO NOT USE DPD OR TECHSTUDIO.CH !!!
