Review of Huddle Insurance
I find it very annoying and frustrating the way some customers are treated. I have been a loyal customer(silly me) for a number of years. I have top rating for no-claim status. But, every year that I renew my policy,the premiums go up and the value of my goods(car) goes down. Claim free drivers do not get rewarded for their loyalty or claim free status.

I found it very frustrating and inconvenient to NOT TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON. All computer generated responses are NOT NECESSARILY A GOOD THING.
