MHW-Bike Customer Service is - in my experience - quick and responsive. I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, quite opposite needs to be said about assembly and delivery that should get 0 stars. The website informs potential buyers that the delivery will take 5-12 days. Nevertheless, after the purchase, suddenly the seller informs (only if you contact them) of a delay and the delivery time of up to a month. Do they know that “Under EU guidelines, the merchant must deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the order date”? Maybe not since some buyers complain about deliveries past 30 days. In such cases, buyers should file complaints and demand a refund. My experience concerning their “all the time” delay is shorter than 30
days. Still, priding themselves in quick
deliveries and promising 5-12 days but not fulfilling the promise is to me a planned disinformation if not dishonesty. Therefore the company gets from me 2 stars. I understand that during the high season assembly may take longer but the buyer has the right to know that before the purchase.
