Really disapointing for me
Really disapointing for me. I was expecting active excercises to reactivate my linfa and stop my inflation. I was expecting JUST what its been advertised in all the advertisements and social media platforms. I took the 3 months suscription and i just did 2.
Active excersises, really mild ones, 2 weeks, then its all about respirations and giving you advice about slepping and stress, telling you to write a diary. Very disappoiting. I wrote twice about my lack of motivation, and they just told me to repeat all the time the first weeks, so i am paying 3 months for 2 weeks.
Look out for your expectations.
