I bought a washer and dryer from big box store in came new on the box after 3 weeks it would not agitate ao I called lg and they said they would send technician 2 days later the day before they canceled rescheduled and canceled again they finally sent someone and he attempted to repair it and didn't so I asked for new washer they insisted on repairing it and after replacing everything on the washer it still didn't work I asked for a refund per their policy and they said they wanted to try and repair it I had to take them to court and won my case I will NEVER purchase anything from LG ever again and would not advise anyone else either and yes the customer service was AWFUL
