I paid extra for premium delivery and when it didn’t arrive within the promised time frame(10th-11th) I was denied a refund unless it didn’t arrive until the 13th even though this was not displayed at checkout. When the photos also hadn’t arrived until the 14th I still had to push for my refund, which was even still only a refund of premium, even though the prints didn’t even arrive until after standard promised. Regardless of this, the prints are nice!
