I installed this system about 2-3 years…
I installed this system about 2-3 years ago and now they want to charge me $390 for a new update to install controler hub 2 and i dont think this is fair after spending so much money to install this system and having to pay $390 for the new update

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that Hub2 is not a required software update to keep your current system working.
Your system is still supported and will continue to provide the functionality it was designed for.
Hub2 is an optional hardware upgrade to our newer controller platform, with additional features and capabilities. The cost covers the new hardware, setup, and installation required for the upgrade.
Upgrading is completely optional. Customers can choose to move to the newer platform if they find value in the additional features.
