Make them your last resort…
This is my third time using this company and the third time it's been late. They don't seem to understand that people going to airports are on the clock and 20mins delays like the one I had today, actually matter a hell of a lot.
When they finally showed up and I asked the driver what happened he seemed to think nothing was wrong, said he left Killarney on time ie not his problem, and seemed to be unaware that he was 20mins late. I told him what the published schedule was but he couldn't have cared less.
Do yourself a favour, take citlink or Dublin coach, they've never once let me down in 7-years of using them regularly, and they're cheaper!

Dear TravelMan, Our services do depart from their originating bus-stops on-time. If they encounter delays due to traffic en-route, unfortunately that is outside our control. Other coach operators encounter the same traffic and delays. You have not given specifics of dates/times, but I am assuming it was today's Route 722 service to Dublin Airport as you have mentioned Killarney in your review. The 11:00hrs service departed Killarney on-time. It was delayed in traffic in Adare and reached the Raheen stop 20 minutes behind schedule. We notified pre-booked passengers of the delay. All our coaches can also be tracked live on our website. Despite this it arrived at Dublin Airport on-time at 15:00hrs, the time it was scheduled to arrive there.
