Still no news of my refund almost two…
Still no news of my refund almost two months later and no update. They take their huge fee and have zero respect for their customers.
Edit: I got an update and an apology tonight but still no money.

We do want to clarify that our standard policy is to issue refunds only after funds are secured from the administration, a process we communicate openly and update our clients on frequently.
