I ordered a pair for my boyfriend and that specific pair were too wide for his foot. After reaching out to customer service, they were more than accommodating. Veronika specifically went above and beyond to fix the situation and I was able to get 3 pairs for myself. I love my pairs. They have think cushions and make the perfect house shoes.
