Review of ASOS
I returned a dress that was too big for me, it was quite expensive so I prefer to returned it. I followed every asos instructions for the return and I never get reimbursed !! I tried to contact customer service but all they have is robots chats that doesn’t help me to get reimbursed till this day!!! I will never buy from this site ever again!!

They have many beautiful pieces. One of the earrings I bought, after only one use I lost it because the clips doesn’t function well. I reached out to the customer service and they told me they would not replace it because its not part of the guarantee. Im very disappointed

While we’re unfortunately not able to replace items that have been lost, we always do our best to help and think along with our customers. In many cases, earring closures can be easily adjusted to ensure they fasten securely, and we’re happy to assist with this.
