Worst customer handling
Like the most bad reviews said they will literally keep you busy contacting until you book a car with them. afterwards they literally abscond, I had a lease agreement signed. They said the car which I chose is faulty and suggested another car . meanwhile upon reading the contract terms, it was residual value leasing where the residual value is almost same as actual current price(i.e. approx 300 EUR lesser) . So I decided to cancel the contract in the thought better to buy rather than lease and sent email on 14th Nov 2025 for leasing cancellation. Even after multiple follow-ups they were least bothered to acknowledge or reply when i posted the review on 01/12/2025 i.e. on 04/12/2025, i got the confirmation of my leasing contract cancellation with information that any further deposit paid will be refunded . The same day of the confirmation receipt, i have asked them how long it will take to refund but received no reply for that. My review was then taken down as defaming . I have now sent multiple follow-up on refund of my delivery fees still no reply once in 40 times luckily i got connected on phone but they asked two days time and afterwards unable to reach them I was trying to be polite but these things are creating unnecessary stress for me. Very pathetic customer service till now no answer yet . false promises that will be solved within a week etc and multiple emails and calls they are least bothered and do not respond at all
Updated today i'm awaiting my refund since their last communication on 4th Dec 2025 tens of emails sent and hundreds of times tried calling there's no way to reach them.
Update : finally after multiple follow-ups finally it was refunded on 10th Feb 2026
