Since starting, I haven't noticed any change in my stream compared to taking Tamsulosin. That part is good. Jury is still out on the balance. Delivery is always prompt.

Works well but you have to stay in the shower for a seemingly long time in order to let the soap sit for 3-5 minutes minimum. If you're used to a quick shower, in and out in 3 minutes or less, this is hard to get used to. Only started to see a change when I made sure I waited for the appropriate amount of time before rinseing off.

There was a sizing diffference and Ms. Nina was instrumental in providing me with the correct information for obtaining a shoe that would fit correctly. She made the process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

Product works as advertised. Didn't come with directions so I got off to a slow start, but promptly provided instructions. Wish the instructions were a little easier to print.
