Very predatory practices. A notice period. No option to cancel the subscription without having to go through a chat. Fee for cancellation is 199chf, this is absurd, might as well make it 10k chf then, or 1M chf even. The worst provider option on the market. They even lie about the "unlimited" internet. The only positive, somewhat, is the chat itself, where the operators reply quite ok.
