Very poor customer service! I purchased a full set of the Rosebuds Plush Dolls back in November 2025. I have emailed the store three times since as I have not received them or had any updates to even say they’ve been shipped. These items were not cheap so I’m not happy with my money being taken and the company ignoring my emails. Looks like I’m going to have to claim a refund through my bank as the shop aren’t willing to help.
